WHAT COMES IN MY BOCU?
We love nothing more than a beautifully wrapped gift! Here's what is included in your bocu:
Hand Wrapped - Each Bocu comes gift wrapped with your choice from our custom gift wrap options (yes, we hand wrap each item individually AND we even hand make all of our signature Pom Pom toppers!).
Hand Written Card - Each Bocu includes one of our complimentary flat occasion notecards, handwritten with your message. We also carry premium branded cards if you would like to upgrade.
Fun fact: each Bocu ships with a pre-stamped 'Thank You' card to make it easy for your recipient to send a little love back to you!
Packaging - Wrapped items are then secured in one of our pretty shipping boxes with navy packing filler and finished with navy tissue paper and our signature Bocu sticker.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR MY BOCU GIFT WRAP?
$10 flat rate. We promise that it's worth every penny!
DO YOU INCLUDE A RECEIPT OR PRICE STICKERS?
We know that your Bocu is almost always a gift going directly to your recipient, so we will never include a receipt or inventory packing slips. Regarding prices tickets, we do not alter our products; however, most of our products don't have a price tag or sticker. If they do, they are printed directly on the product (typically just on books) and they are small and subtle.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate multiple orders during the checkout process. In order to ensure that everything processes smoothly, we recommend that you place a separate order for each recipient. If you need some extra help, email us (email@example.com) and we can help out!
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We sure do! We can help you out with any order size for your bridal party, clients, work team, you name it. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can get started working on a proposal for you.
WHERE CAN I SEND MY COMPLIMENTS OR COMPLAINTS?
We would love to hear your feedback about your gifting experience, how much your recipient loved their bocu, or if you have an issue that needs to be addressed. We are here for you and always striving to improve! Email us anytime at email@example.com!
SHIPPING & RETURNS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the site (ie holidays). Custom orders will ship within the agreed upon turnaround time. If you are in a rush, email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will do our best to speed up the process for you!
HOW LONG WILL MY BOCU TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from Boston, MA and should arrive within 2-8 business days depending on your selected ship method and delivery location.
All Bocus $75+ Ship FREE USPS Ground 2-8 day.
WHAT IF I NEED MY BOCU TO DELIVER ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
We can't guarantee delivery on a specific day; however, we want to make their day special just as much as you do! Simply select your desired delivery date on the calendar at the Review Your Bocu Page. We'll wrap & hold your bocu for you and ship closer to your preferred date. While we cannot 100% guarantee on time arrival, we will do our best to get it there on time.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you require international shipping, please email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final (but don't worry...they'll love it!). In the event that your recipient received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix the problem right away!
MY BOCU IS MISSING!
In the event that your tracking information says that the package was delivered, but your recipient did not receive, please contact the carrier used to ship your package and have your tracking number ready.
